The Summerset Bay Community is comprised of three contiguous subdivisions along Summerset Bay Drive (Summerset Bay, Summerset Point, Windmill Landing) in Newberry County, SC fronting on Lake Greenwood’s largest southern water basin. Our community is located in semi-rural unincorporated Chappells, SC, 25 miles from Greenwood, SC and 20 miles from Clinton, SC. There are over 100 lots plated, with 65 homes currently built.
