Summerset Bay Communities follows Summerset Bay Drive along the largest southern water basin of Lake Greenwood.
Our semi-rural location in unincorporated Chappells is approximately 25 miles from Greenwood and 20 miles from Clinton. More than 100 lots have been platted, and the community includes full-time residents, retirees, working professionals, and neighbors from many walks of life.
County zoning, lake regulations, and neighborhood covenants work together to preserve the area’s residential character as development around Lake Greenwood continues.
